Elmos Semiconductor Technology & Engineering GmbH offers comprehensive services for the development, innovation and safety of Elmos products and ensures the successful implementation of technical projects through targeted support and coordination.
CEO, CSO and CTO Support
- Supporting management in strategic decisions and development topics, preparing technical analyses and coordinating product decisions
- Responsibility for reporting and controlling of development projects and support in the development of new product families and roadmaps
Development
- Management of all development activities of the Elmos Group, including strategy development, budget planning and control
- Representation of the company in external technical matters as well as definition and monitoring of development processes and methodology
- Responsible for human resources planning and competence development, patent management and audit support
Project Management Office
- Project management and coordination for hardware and software development projects
- Responsible for schedules, budget monitoring and resource management
- Introduction and administration of project management processes and reporting tools
Product Development
- Development of hardware products, support for projects and studies, and definition and implementation of circuit architectures
- Commissioning and management of external development partners, definition of development processes and error analysis
Test Development
- Development and optimization of hardware test programs to increase test coverage and efficiency
- Definition of test concepts and methods as well as their adjustment to new test platforms within the Elmos Group
- Error analysis and quality management
Software Development
- Support and development of software products, definition of software architectures and project implementation
- Management of external software development partners and definition of software development processes and methods
Technology & Innovation
- Provision and further development of silicon and packaging technologies
- Technical interface to partners, IP development and innovation scouting
- Support for projects and benchmarking to ensure technological competitiveness
Functional Safety & Cyber Security
- Responsible for the design and implementation of functional safety (ISO26262) and cyber security (ISO21434)
- Definition of additional safety process steps, training and coaching on safety standards within the Elmos Group
Cross-functional Responsibilities
- Support in compliance, M&A transactions, and preparation of board and audit committee meetings
