  • 24 kByte Masked ROM
  • 4 kByte SRAM, parity protected
  • Typical deep-sleep mode current 20μA
  • 2nd window watchdog and two independent clocks
  • LIN2.x, LIN1.3 or bidirectional PWM Interface
