The Management Board of Elmos Semiconductor AG (FSE: ELG), Dortmund, has agreed on the prolongation of the existing cooperation and research contract with the Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems (IMS), Duisburg, for 18 months, starting in January 2018.
This is not expected to change the guidance 2017. Effects to following years will be included in the respective annual guidance. In general, a positive effect on EBIT and adjusted free cash flow* is expected.
* Cash flow from operating activities less capital expenditures for/plus disposal of intangible assets and property, plant and equipment
